Relias Launches Relias PATHS™, a Powerful New Approach to Integrating Learning, Analytics and Assessments
Cary, NC (PRWEB) May 31, 2017 -- Relias Learning, a trusted partner in online analytics, assessments, and learning for the healthcare market, today announced the launch of Relias PATHS™, a first-of-its-kind solution designed to assess and improve staff competency in key areas that influence quality outcomes for healthcare organizations. PATHS was developed by a Relias interdisciplinary team consisting of medical doctors, Ph.D. psychologists, nurse practitioners, Registered Nurses (RNs), Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - Doctoral, industry experts, and instructional design experts to bring best-in-class prescriptive learning to meet organizations’ needs.
Initially, PATHS will focus on learning and assessments, with the incorporation of analytics in upcoming phased roll-outs, to address several challenges faced by healthcare industry executives, including reimbursement optimization, staff training and development, and improved client and patient outcomes. PATHS addresses these issues through multi-touch, blended learning plans developed for individual caregivers across the continuum of care.
