Relias Learning Acquires WhiteCloud Analytics; Continues Expansion into Analytics Category and Acute Care Market

WhiteCloud is the second acquisition made by Relias in the analytics category, following the recently announced acquisition of Care Management Technologies (CMT). WhiteCloud brings 20 years of analytics and performance management best practices to their Healthcare Performance Management Platform, which is designed to help health systems optimize care, improve financial health and streamline operational efficiency.

In addition, Relias announced in 2016 that it planned to add 450 employees over five years at its Cary, NC headquarters. The company has added nearly 50 people in the first quarter of 2017.
