Renewable Energy Helps Children Climb Their Way to Success at 41st Annual Monmouth County Fair (7/22-7/26)
Lakewood, NJ (PRWEB) July 20, 2015 -- It’s that time of year again where the scent of popcorn and cotton candy fill the air, children of all ages are looking for fun, and for parents a place that has it all. Families this year will be headed to the best summer tradition - the Monmouth County Fair, held at the East Freehold Showgrounds, Kozloski Road, Freehold, NJ. The Fair runs Wednesday – Sunday July 22-26.
During their time at the fair, families will have the opportunity to participate in an on-site cake decorating contest, ride premium attractions, and stop by a petting farm. But the new kid on the block will be the renewable energy system called the Scorpion Energy Hunter™ that will be providing area lighting for children to climb their way to the top of a rock climbing wall. Children and their families will be able to stop by the MILSPRAY Military Technologies™ booth and learn about how the system works, and participate in a coloring page contest (#GetYourSolarOn) with top winners receiving Toys R Us gift cards. The Monmouth County Fair is presented and organized by the Monmouth County Park System in cooperation with the Monmouth County 4-H Association. In 1960, the Monmouth County Park System was created by the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders. The Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders is Monmouth County’s Open Space, Parks and Recreation agency.
