Renewable NRG Systems Promotes Justin Wheating to Role of President

Wheating will be responsible for overseeing operations, providing strategic direction, and leading the executive management team. Jan Blomstrann, chief executive officer and owner, will continue to provide strategic leadership and serve as the ambassador for the company in local, national, and international arenas.

Wheating joined Renewable NRG Systems in 2009. Since then, he has played a key role in maintaining the profitability of the company in a challenging global market. Along with the Renewable NRG Systems executive team, he has helped guide the company in reinvigorating the product development function, diversifying into new markets, developing international business partnerships, and reorganizing the capital structure of the business for improved financial health.
With experience in overseeing major brands across all continents, Wheating previously held executive positions at MacGregor Golf, Burton Snowboards, and Dynastar Skis. Prior to Renewable NRG Systems, Wheating was the chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Simon Pearce, where his leadership increased profitability and improved organizational cohesion. He earned his Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England while working for Deloitte & Co in the United Kingdom.
