Renowned Cake Artists Offer Classes with Icing Images’ Products This Fall
Winchester, VA (PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- This fall, well known cake artists Peggy Tucker, Certified Master Sugar Artist and School of Cakeology; Susan Carberry, TLC’s “Ultimate Cake Off” and The Cake Cottage; Michele Hopps, Epicurean Delights; and Joshua Simpson, Twisted Fig Cake Designs, will offer cake decorating instruction with Icing Images’ Premium Icing Sheets™, edible ink and food-safe die cutting and embossing system and the Spellbinders® Sweet Accents™.
October 10-11, Hopps will teach two classes at The Cake Cottage in Murrieta, California. A Fall Flower Basket Class in modeling chocolate on the 10th will be followed by a wafer paper flower class on October 11th, using the Sweet Accents and Icing Images’ new vanilla flavored Premium Wafer Paper to cut and form edible flowers for decorating cakes. Tucker and Carberry will team up to offer students a holiday themed class “Tilt the Season,” a two-day, hands-on class in creating a topsy turvy Christmas cake featuring images created with Icing Images’ Premium Icing Sheets and edible ink. Students will be taught proper stacking techniques for large cakes, how to create an Isomalt tree, snowflakes, ribbons, wording and fine detail work.

October 20th, Joshua Simpson will teach a class in design application, cutting, layering, coloring, dusting, jewels and wafer paper using the Sweet Accents system at the Kentucky International Cake Exploration Societe Day of Sharing located at 2690 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY.
