Renters Warehouse’s Executive Team Returns From D.C. with Prestigious Inc. 500 |5000 trophy in Hand

It was recently announced that Renters Warehouse CEO and founder Brenton Hayden has stepped down and appointed a new CEO of the Minnesota brokerage. Taking the reigns as CEO of the Minnesota brokerage is Kevin Ortner. Previously the President and COO of Renters Warehouse, Ortner was the owner of the first Renters Warehouse franchise in Phoenix. Joining him is newly appointed President of Renters Warehouse USA, Ron Wright. Hayden and his team are also welcoming Pam Kosanke and Caleb Gilbertson to the Renters Warehouse family, as the new CMO and CTO, respectively. “With such talent at the helm of my company, I’m confident in our goal of becoming the largest, most respected residential property management company in the U.S.,” says Hayden.
