RentPath Appoints Two New Apartment Guide Sales Division Vice Presidents
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) February 19, 2014 -- RentPath, a leading digital advertising solution in the multifamily rental industry, and the parent company of Apartment Guide, Rent.com, and Rentals.com, is pleased to announce the recent promotion and appointment of two key members of their management team. Tami Roadarmel has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for Apartment Guide’s Florida, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast regions. Similarly, Ken Greer has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for Apartment Guide’s Atlanta market, Mid-West region, Inside Sales, and Expansion Markets.
In their new roles, Roadarmel and Greer will be responsible for spearheading all sales efforts for their specific Apartment Guide markets and leading their respective sales teams of 215 total employees, including Regional Directors, Sales Managers and Sales Executives, to meet the corporate goals and objectives for revenue and client acquisition. Ms. Roadarmel and Mr. Greer will report directly to Arlene Mayfield, Senior Vice President of RentPath, and President of Apartment Rentals and Homes Divisions.
Tami Roadarmel
Tami Roadarmel is a proven sales executive with a track record of more than 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the media industry. Ms. Roadarmel launched her career with RentPath in 2009. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Sales for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Florida regions where she was responsible for oversight of 29 Apartment Guide markets, including New England, Greater Philadelphia, New York/New Jersey, Virginia and Florida. In this role, Ms. Roadarmel was instrumental in positioning Apartment Guide as the premier digital marketing solution for the multifamily industry.

Prior to joining RentPath, Ms. Roadarmel was Executive Director of Sales, Production and Traffic for Metro Philadelphia Newspaper, part of the Metro Newspaper group, the world’s largest daily newspaper. During her tenure she was selected to represent Metro US properties for a roundtable of international exchange of ideas in Paris and Chile. Previous to that, Ms. Roadarmel held the executive positions of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New York Press, New York, NY, Publisher of Metro Santa Cruz Newspaper, Santa Cruz, CA and Publisher of Commercial Builder/Architect Magazine, Brick, NJ.
Ms. Roadarmel brings with her a wealth of experience in the multifamily industry, with more than five years with the RentPath team. A graduate of New York University, Ms. Roadarmel holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communication.
Ken Greer
Ken Greer joined the RentPath management team in 2008 as a Sales Director for the company’s expansion markets and Inside Sales teams. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Greer most recently served as Regional Director and then Sr. Regional Director leading the various groups within the sales organization, including the Expansion Market teams responsible for business development for RentPath. Additionally, Mr. Greer was responsible for leadership of the Inside Sales channel for Apartmentguide.com, the company’s flagship brand. Mr. Greer was also responsible for launching new markets.

Mr. Greer’s professional experience includes more than 20 years of sales and management experience, serving in management positions at other industry-related companies such as Classified Ventures, Media Brokers International, and Move, Inc. His background also includes 13 years of executive director leadership in non-profits where he was responsible for financial and personnel management.
Currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business, Mr. Greer is expected to graduate in 2014. Mr. Greer received a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Vanguard University of Southern California, and holds a Master of Arts from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.
