The New Upgrade of Resco Mobile CRM Makes It Possible to Import Phone Contacts into Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Boston, Massachusetts (PRWEB) June 03, 2015 -- Resco is releasing today the Summer Update of its mobile client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Among the list of new functionalities, there are some that stand out.
The integration of the mobile app with Dropbox has been announced a week ago and has since been well received by Resco’s customers. This just proves the widely popular file-hosting service found its place also in the business sector.
The phone call integration is what individual users are likely to be most pumped up about. The app is making it possible for them to import phone contacts into CRM with just a click instead of painstakingly typing them in by hand.
The third major component of this release is dozens of user experience enhancements. Although these may not be evidently noticed at first sight, they are no less important. Often it’s these little improvements such as faster loading of images or additional search options that make people actually like using a mobile application.
“We have implemented some 40+ new features in this release, which is a lot by any standard. But our customers know what they want and they want a tool that gets the job done, no matter how distinct it might be. And we are happy to oblige,” concluded Radomir Vozar, CEO of Resco.
With this update, Resco Mobile CRM users can now:
- Import contacts from the phone address book into Dynamics CRM
- Create a CRM record from an email address
- Use Dropbox integrated into the app
- Update addresses of custom entity records
- Set a signature for emails
- Download attachments before replying to or forwarding an email
- Create contacts from business cards they received as vCard attachments
- and more
