Research Has Revealed That Stress and Emotional Conditions Have Large Effect on Physical Health and Can Be the Cause of Serious Illness and Disease
Astoria, NY (PRWEB) April 15, 2015 -- Stress can be harmful in more ways than has been suspected. The way people handle their emotions has a huge impact on their physical well being. Emotions manifest themselves in posture and in turn poor posture can cause real problems. Some of these difficulties, such as stroke, heart disease and cancer, can be debilitating or even life threatening.
Physical therapists in clinical practice run into patients who have ailments that never seem to fully heal. They are constantly taking painkillers and trying to reduce their issues, but nothing really works. Luckily there are fine people like Joe Rosario and Hands-On Seminars who study this, and teach techniques to PT's around the world to help control such difficulties.
It ‘s important for physical therapists to understand the relationship between emotions, posture and physical health, including how they can use this information to assist their patients. This is exactly what Dr. Rosario teaches in this course.
During this course, students will learn to:
Discuss emotions and emotional pathologies.
Discuss how posture can be related to emotions.
Understand the diagnosis and treatment of Myofascial Chains Dysfunction applied to emotions.
Demonstrate how to evaluate the posture properly and identify postural faults and patterns.
Demonstrate how to evaluate and treat the emotional armor.
Demonstrate how to apply the different maneuvers to treat emotions through the body.
Demonstrate how to use guided imagery to improve emotions and posture simultaneously.
Dr. Rosario will be teaching this course personally and promises students they will be able to demonstrate the techniques immediately after the seminar.
Dr. Rosario, PT., Ph.D., MCPT has been awarded multiple degrees including doctorates in Naturopathy and Psychobiology and Masters Degrees in Acupuncture and Physical Therapy. He is also the author of numerous books and scientific articles on postural assessment and balance and the various physical and emotional problems created by poor gait and posture.
