ResidentialONE Properties Take Home 2016 PMA PACE Awards
Columbia, MD (PRWEB) November 03, 2016 -- ResidentialONE celebrated its second year of operation by having 6 properties win PACE Awards. This is the second year properties managed by the firm have won awards.
Potomac Woods Senior (Virginia) and Morningside Park (Maryland) won top honors. Maryland properties Paddington Square, Quebec Arms, Tanglewood and Ellicott Gardens all earned distinguished recognition.

The judging criteria was based on exterior curb appeal, reception area, leasing center front/desk lobby, best practices, building interior/common areas, model, vacant or occupied apartments and maintenance shops. The field consisted of more than 215 communities, serving as home to more than 90,000 residents.
The Property Management Association’s Apartment Community Excellence Awards recognizes excellence in multifamily residential management. The 2016 PACE Awards were presented at a banquet on October 20th at Sheraton Tysons Hotel in Tyson, Virginia.
