Resort Savers, Inc Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Beijing Yan Dong Hao Teng Hua Gong, Generating Over $100 Million USD in Revenues

(RSSV), a strategic investment and development company, is proud to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Beijing Yan Dong Hao Teng Hua Gong (Beijing Yan Dong), a large, China based oil-company. Beijing Yan Dong generated over $100 Million USD in revenues for FY2014 and owns dozens of oil tanks and stations throughout China.
