Restore Medical Solutions, Inc. Announces a Global OEM Partnership & Distribution Agreement with Grace Medical
Memphis, TENN. (PRWEB) March 05, 2015 -- Restore Medical Solutions, Inc. and Grace Medical, Inc. today announced that both companies have entered into an OEM and distribution agreement to develop specialized modular instrument trays to be commercialized by Grace. The companies plan to design, develop, and manufacture custom specialty trays and instrument modules in combination with Grace’s high quality ENT instrumentation, which supports Grace’s focus of enabling the advancement of patient care.
Grace Medical is a Memphis, Tenn.-based company that manufactures and sells innovative solutions for treatment of ear, nose and throat conditions. Grace offers an extensive line of middle ear implants, ventilation tubes and instrumentation, with representation in more than 50 countries worldwide.
