Results Leadership Group and Social Solutions Announce the Results Scorecard Module for Efforts to Outcomes™

Social Solutions Global will begin to offer Results Scorecard as a premium module to their Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software. This module will be made available to all new customers of ETO.
Whether an organization’s mission is to reduce recidivism, improve outcomes for children, or increase employment rates, they are working to “Turn the Curve” (reverse a negative trend or accelerate a positive one) in their community, city, or region. Turning the curve on any issue requires that organizations manage accountability on several different levels: client-level data and day-to-day actions of staff, overall organizational program and service-system performance, and the impact of programs and services on community-level wellbeing. With the Results Scorecard module, client-level data from ETO – entered by frontline staff and used to manage day-to-day organizational performance – will automatically populate into the performance measures of each organization’s Results Scorecard. At the community level, leaders can see how each organization’s performance is contributing to community results. They can then use the Results Scorecard to apply the ‘Turn the Curve Thinking’ process to document qualitative information and analysis for each measure, develop strategies to improve, and manage the projects and tasks needed to implement them.
