As the cloud revolution continues, Unigma raises the bar by creating new management capabilities spanning across public cloud platforms. Recently, Kaseya recognized Unigma as one of its Technology Alliance Partners to empower MSPs to extend their services to public clouds.
With Unigma, customers can build their own dashboards in order to see real-time metrics from across multiple customers and multiple clouds. Service providers can build customer-facing and internal reports, create monitoring and alerting policies, automatically push alerts to ConnectWise, Kaseya and Autotask, and provide an experience branded to the MSP partner with their logo and subdomain.
Further, Unigma offers an around the clock network operations center (NOC) to help MSP partners who haven’t developed a cloud monitoring practice get a head start. The NOC is built to be “plug and play” into the MSPs current business model.
