San Diego, Calif. (PRWEB) January 23, 2014 -- Rock Church, the largest church in San Diego, Calif., has launched Miles-A-Minute (MAM), a new video-based app currently available for iOS devices. MAM, which each day delivers a thought-provoking and engaging one-minute-long message, is being quickly adopted by users hungry for meaningful content that can be enjoyed anywhere in the midst of their increasingly busy lives.
With already nearly five hundred thousand video views, MAM has quickly found an appreciative audience. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is among MAM’s rapidly growing user base. “I love listening to Miles McPherson’s Miles-A-Minute…It helps me stay encouraged on a daily basis,” said Wilson. “You have to start watching them every day and get in tune with the Lord. Those Miles-A-Minute [videos] will take you a long, long way.”
The daily, minute-long video messages are from Pastor, Speaker, Author and former San Diego Charger Miles McPherson. Most of the messages reflect on questions of personal development based on images and concepts captured in the video and include a daily challenge. A new video message is released every day on the application. Regardless of one’s spiritual background, the messages promote practical, life-changing tips.
“Miles-A-Minute was created as a way to speak God’s truth into the lives of those who don't normally find themselves inside a church,” said McPherson.
MAM is currently available for iOS devices and will become available for Android devices in early February of this year. For people without iOS devices, the videos are available through MAM’s YouTube page.
“I’d like to encourage everybody to download the Miles-A-Minute [application],” said Adrian Gonzalez, Los Angeles Dodgers 1st Baseman. “It is a great [application] to have on your phone…just take a look at it every morning or every night before you go to bed.”
