Richard Smalley is a second-generation attorney and native Oklahoman. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and in 2004, he earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law. Mr. Smalley has more than 10 years of experience in family law and was awarded an “AV Preeminent” rating from his peers through Martidale-Hubbell in 2013.
