Rick Bechtold, originally from Burlington, North Carolina, earned his undergraduate degree in Business from North Carolina State University and received his MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. Bechtold has a uniquely strong real estate background that stems from working for several commercial real estate companies where he has leased and / or developed over 2,000,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and retail projects around Baltimore, Maryland. Bechtold also owned his own real estate development company – Stonebridge Development that focused on the development of several office buildings, warehouses, and residential projects.
In 2004, Rick moved to Sarasota where he has leased and / or developed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space and has since obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker’s license.
