Rick East and Yvonne Erwin Take Readers to Heaven in New Book
Springfield, MO (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- In 2012, author Rick East went into respiratory arrest and nearly died. When he awoke, East immediately told his wife that he had been to heaven. “The Holy Spirit impressed on me that I was to return to earth and spread the word of what I saw and experienced in heaven,” says East. His new book, “A Glimpse of Glory: My Journey to Heaven and Back” (published by WestBow Press), co-authored by Yvonne Erwin, shares the message of hope and salvation that East received while in heaven.
“A Glimpse of Glory” reveals all that East witnessed during his revelation. With the Holy Spirit as his guide and coach, East details his walks through the city of heaven and the meaningful conversations he had with the Holy Spirit, who answered even East’s most puzzling questions.
Both East and Erwin hope their book will touch the hearts of readers and bring them closer to God. East says, “I believe God has a plan for each of our lives, and in my case, the plan was that I would write down the experience I had.”
Readers are already responding positively to “A Glimpse of Glory.” Author Nick Weyland says, “Rick East is the real deal and has a great message in his acceptance of Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and what he believes God wants him to share with as many as possible. This story is first rate with a vivid emotional impact and obviously has God's blessing.”
