For me personally, it’s structuring deals to sell properties and get income streams for investors, and educating folks about how to grow their wealth” said Mr. Otton. “For others it may be travelling to find far-flung rural properties, finding the best apartment opportunities in capital cities, or locating unloved gems in the suburbs that need a bit of work to really shine” Mr. Otton went on to say.
“Whatever the passion, it’s important to goal set and measure your progress. Doing this can have a snowball effect for investors, as they are encouraged by successes and are motivated to do more and do it better. On the flip side, tracking progress against your goals also allows you to identify where you’re making mistakes and prevent prolong periods of mistakes and losses” said Mr. Otton.
