More than 113 innovators from around the globe submitted proposals that were reviewed by an independent panel of judges who narrowed the submissions to 23 semi-finalists and 8 finalists. RightPatient® is proud to share that they were selected as a Challenge finalist, demonstrating the viability of its platform as a solution to the serious patient identification problem that continues to afflict the U.S. healthcare system. This issue has sparked worldwide interest in brainstorming practical solutions that can be realistically implemented with minimal disruption to healthcare IT systems, as mentioned in CHIME’s official news release on the Challenge.
