Watch the ball drop with SINO’s fine Moët & Chandon Champagne. Finish the night at STRAITS with their superb Hennessy Cognac. Last dinner will be served at 9:00pm. Rosie McCann's Irish Pub & Restaurant- Black & White Ball
Ring in the New Year with a special prix fixe dinner and then get down with friends to rockin’ music. Sip a complimentary glass of champagne with a choice of soup or salad, choice of entrée (lamb chops, seafood pasta or sautéed chicken and prawns), and house-made dessert for $45 per person. Dinner will be served until 8:00pm. At 9:00pm get ready to boogie as the restaurant transitions to a lively dance atmosphere.
LB Steak
Indulge in a last meal of the year at LB Steak where dazzling decorations, handcrafted cocktails, and tender seafood and steaks makes for a stellar celebration. As the clock strikes midnight, rejoice with colorful party favors and a sparkling wine toast (applies to last seating). LB Steak will open at 11:00am with last seating at 11:00pm., serving the regular a la carte lunch and dinner menus plus, at dinner, an la carte special of Florida Stone Crab claws available as an appetizer or an addition to any steak and priced at $12.00 each. Bonne Année! It’s said that the French know how to celebrate. Take part in the French joie de vivre - or joy of living - at Left Bank this New Year’s Eve with their festive prix fixe meal. A limited regular menu, prix fixe menu items, and a children’s menu will be available à la carte. At midnight say au revoir to 2016 with colorful party favors and a sparkling wine toast. New Year’s Eve at Hotel Valencia
New Year’s at Hotel Valencia is the toast of the town. Bid Farewell to 2016 in sophisticated fashion with their fabulous Winter Wonderland Guestroom Package. The package includes a luxury guestroom for two, Champagne upon arrival, admission to the Winter Wonderland New Year’s Eve celebration with a DJ and midnight snack station. The New Year’s Eve Winter Wonderland Guest room Package requires advance reservations, pre-payment and is non-refundable after December 28, 2016. Cancellations received after 6:00pm on December 28, 2016, will forfeit one night's package rate, plus tax. The hotel must receive all guest names by December 28, 2016. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Wristbands will be given upon check-in and will be required to access all party functions.
