RiseSmart® Appoints Ian Dawson as Chief Sales Officer
SAN JOSE, Calif. (PRWEB) May 02, 2016 -- RiseSmart, the leading provider of contemporary career transition services, today announced the appointment of Ian Dawson as chief sales officer (CSO). Randstad’s acquisition of RiseSmart has accelerated the company’s opportunities for continued growth under an experienced CSO. Dawson will lead the company’s sales efforts and leverage Randstad’s network and global footprint.
Dawson joins RiseSmart from parent company Randstad, where he most recently served as senior vice president of Global Solutions for Randstad Sourceright’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) practice. Dawson has been a part of the Randstad team for the past 10 years and holds more than 25 years of experience in sales and human resources-related outsourcing. At Randstad Sourceright, he was responsible for the sale and design of some of the group's largest, most complex RPO deals, including global engagements.

A global executive with multinational experience, Dawson was a senior vice president with Aon Consulting earlier in his career. He joined Spherion (SFN Group) in 2005 and held a number of sales leadership positions until Randstad acquired Spherion in 2011. There he served as a member of the executive committee and oversaw the new business growth of the vibrant RPO business.
