Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- After Consumer Attorney Services witnessed a year over year increase in foreclosures in Florida, the law firm strengthened its national foreclosure defense team with the addition of attorney Gregory Nussbickel in July. Nussbickel brings valuable local experience to Consumer Attorney Services, having practiced law in south Florida for over a decade.
According to a recent report from RealtyTrac, a website tracking foreclosure statistics across the United States, Florida foreclosures in June 2013 were 23 percent higher than the same time last year.
Consumer Attorney Services will put Nussbickel’s 12 years of south Florida legal experience to work by helping homeowners in Fort Meyers to avoid foreclosure.
Nussbickel has worked at his own practice, The NussBickel Law Firm, P.A., in Fort Myers, Florida for the last nine years. His primary practice areas include estate planning, business law, property law, and foreclosure defense.
Prior to starting his own firm, he worked as an attorney at the nonprofit organization Florida Rural Legal Services and the law firm Roetzel & Andress. He also worked as a legal extern to Justice Barbara J. Pariente at the Florida Supreme Court.
His bar admissions include the state of Florida, the United States District Court Middle District of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Nussbickel received a Master of Laws degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law. He attended law school at the Florida State University College of Law where he attained his juris doctorate as a cum laude graduate.
Nussbickel diversified the application of his legal experience by working as a former adjunct professor of legal studies at Edison State College. He taught both business law and estate planning courses.
He is an accredited Veterans Administration advocate and a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida.
