Risk and Claims Software Leader Ventiv Appoints Stephen Rhee as CEO
CHICAGO (PRWEB) August 27, 2015 -- Today, global leader in risk, safety and claims software Ventiv Technology announced Stephen Rhee as its CEO. Rhee will be focused on building upon the strong foundation that has been set by outgoing CEO Kathy Burns, who is being promoted to Ventiv’s board of directors to focus on strategic growth areas, including acquisitions and partnerships.
Having most recently served as Ventiv’s chief operating officer, Rhee played an integral role in the company’s success by creating and leading its global delivery model for client services, which is today a core element of Ventiv’s customer experience. Rhee is a 25-year technology veteran with a background in enterprise global sales, finance and operations, account management, product development and business intelligence at companies including Oracle, AT&T and Aon. He has always been focused on driving growth and will continue to do so at Ventiv.
“I’ve worked hand-in-hand with Stephen through the years, including our growth period at Aon eSolutions and throughout our transition to Ventiv. He’s the natural choice for CEO and prepared to lead our global team,” said Burns. “I’m looking forward to diving into strategic focus areas in my evolved role on the board of directors and supporting the continuity of leadership as we move Ventiv forward.”
“It’s an exciting time at Ventiv, and also one of natural progression as our business enters its next phase of global growth. I’m honored to lead Ventiv in this new role, and grateful that Kathy was not only an integral part of our past and present, but will continue to be involved with our future,” said Rhee. “Starting Monday, Kathy and I will join hundreds of Ventiv clients in Chicago at our annual conference, Experience. We’re both looking forward to sharing this news and kicking off Ventiv’s future plans at this special event, celebrating with our clients and teammates.”
