Rita Lancaster-Hannah Joins ACRE Investment Real Estate Services
San Diego, California (PRWEB) January 13, 2015 -- Rita Lancaster-Hannah has joined ACRE as Senior Vice President, announced Craig Stewart and William Anderson, Principals for ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
At ACRE, Lancaster-Hannah will focus on the procurement and disposition of Multi-Family Investment properties located primarily in the San Diego market.
Prior to joining the Solana Beach office of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services, Lancaster-Hannah was with Colliers International as a Vice President in their Multi-Family division. Prior to Colliers International, Rita was with Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Senior Vice President in their Multi-Family National Advisors Group. Prior to Coldwell Banker, she served as the director of acquisitions and dispositions for Melroy Investments, Inc.
Lancaster-Hannah was born in Portugal, and raised in Spain; she is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. She currently resides in North County with her husband Mark Hannah.
