Denver (PRWEB) May 25, 2016 -- Rita’s Italian Ice signs its thirtieth area development agreement for Colorado and Wyoming. Rita’s strategic growth plan constitutes area developers to pioneer Rita’s icy treats while bringing innovative growth to their expansion plan. Area developers are Rita’s enthusiasts and work closely with the franchisor to acquire new franchisees in their territories who are passionate about the Rita’s brand.
Rita’s Franchise owners, Donald Shooster, Sam Shooster and Rick Fernicola were awarded Area Development Agreements for this region and earlier RNM Properties, LLC signed area development agreements for the state of New Mexico and included southern Colorado areas Durango, Pagosa Springs and Trinidad, totaling 65 new stores across three states. The next Rita's franchise location to celebrate their grand opening is Colorado Springs, slated to open this summer.
Denver-based partners, Shooster, Fernicola and Shooster own two stand-alone Rita’s franchise locations as well as stands inside of two Colorado sporting venues. These two highly visited venues are located at the multi-sport Denver arena, the Pepsi Center and inside the Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, a soccer-specific stadium in Commerce City, Colorado.
