Parker brings diversified experience in portfolio management within the Sacramento and Central Valley regions, which will support River City Bank’s growth and expansion throughout California.

Parker has maintained a successful and extensive career in the commercial lending industry for over 30 years, spread throughout Sacramento and the Central Valley. Her role at River City Bank includes maintaining a portfolio of banking relationships for commercial borrowers and focuses on providing financing, depository and cash management solutions for current and prospective clients.

Most recently, Parker served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, Government Guaranteed Lending at the Community Business Bank in Lodi. Her prior experience includes leadership positions at Rabobank, Pacific State Bank, County Bank, Bank of the West, Union Safe Deposit Bank and Bank of Stockton.
Parker is currently based in Woodbridge, California, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of the Pacific and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Her hobbies include outdoor fitness activities such as hiking, road bicycling and kayaking.
