RIVS Mints Newly-certified RIVS Pro Interviewers

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 26, 2015 -- RIVS, a leading provider of video interviewing software, today launched RIVS Pro Interviewer, a new digital interviewer certification program for experienced interviewers. The certification is available to all interviewers who have interviewed candidates through the RIVS platform, and includes a detailed evaluation of the interviewers' digital interview expertise and experience.

The process of becoming a RIVS Pro Interviewer includes a written and video-based evaluation of the interviewer, facilitated through the RIVS platform. The certification process includes knowledge-based questions about digital interviews, as well as a skills-based evaluation of their approach to phone and video-based digital interviews. Benefits of becoming a RIVS Pro Interviewer include:

  • A "badge" that can be placed on the certified interviewer's company website, email footers, and social media profiles to recognize the interviewer's accomplishment
  • Optional recognition on the RIVS website of the interviewer's certification level
  • Optional social media announcement when the interviewer achieves a new certification
