RnR Hall Of Famer, Dave Mason, Goes On Road To Promote New Live Album
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 22, 2016 -- Dave Mason is hitting the road with a multimedia show, Traffic Jam, that will highlight his old favorites and new material from the upcoming album of the same name. Providing commentary between songs, Mason has nearly 50 years of interesting rock n’ roll stories that will be paired with rare and vintage photographs to make for an encompassing concert experience. Advance tickets, including special VIP seating privileges, are available now at http://www.davemasonmusic.com/tour.
Best known for his soulful voice and unsurpassed guitar playing, Mason was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a founding member of the group Traffic, and continues performing as a solo artist with sold out shows all over the world. Mason’s career spans several important rock eras, and encompasses his work as a producer, performer, songwriter, and consummate guitarist.
His songs, especially “Feeling Alright?” have been recorded by far too many artists to list here. His first solo album “Alone Together,” is considered by many to be one of rock’s classics. Mason is a quintessential rock star and has collaborated with numerous members of the rock ‘n’ roll elite, including Jimi Hendrix, George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, and many more.
“It has been a pleasure for both myself and the audience to revisit some of TRAFFIC’s most poignant songs. I will be 70 years of age this year, and am having as much fun doing this as when I started. ROCK AND ROLL IS AN ATTITUDE, NOT AN AGE… see you on the road.”
