Rob “Ice” Ffield Keynote Speaker at R&M Material Handling Master Distributor Meeting

Held at Hammock Beach Resort Spa and Club in Palm Coast, Florida, the R&M Distributer Meeting hosted people from around the world to share best practices and learn more about their industry. As part of that education, Ffield shared his tips for creating and maintaining Extreme High Performance Teams and how to select team members who wish to Build a Culture to Win.
