Carpenter’s work included advising the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on the acquisition of command and control software for border enforcement. Most recently, he played a key role in the establishment of the nationwide integrated logistic tactical communications program for Customs and Border Protection. Holding more than 20 years of experience in leading large and complex projects with a specific focus on customer requirements, Carpenter characterizes the refreshed energy of RG. He recently became Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence-certified and will help deliver the latest Enterprise Architecture methodology and processes to new and existing RG clients.
