Robert Bernish Launches TruBlue Total House Care of Brunswick
Brunswick, NC (PRWEB) July 14, 2015 -- When Robert Bernish opened Fresh Coat Painters of Brunswick earlier this year, he had his eye launching a complementary franchise, TruBlue Total House Care, to better serve his clients. Now he’s pleased to announce that his vision has become a reality.
TruBlue Total House Care of Brunswick specializes in providing a total house care management solution, including maid services, handyman repairs, yard work, accessibility improvements and emergency repairs. Bernish served in the military for more than 27 years, including six combat tours. After suffering a foot injury last year, he found himself looking for a new career opportunity. He found Fresh Coat Painters through Vet-Fran and then learned about TruBlue Total House Care because both companies are part of United Growth Brands in Cincinnati.
“The idea of being able to provide services well beyond painting really struck me. Yes, people want a fresh coat of paint on their homes – especially at the beginning of the season for rental properties – but they also want a trustworthy company that can take care of cleaning services, lawn care, handyman services, emergency repairs and more. Now that I’ve opened TruBlue Total House Care of Brunswick, my team can provide all of those services with one call,” Bernish said.
Bernish set his sights on becoming a business owner because of his own experiences working with contractors.
“When I was at home between deployments, I would work on one of the many home improvement projects on my ‘to do’ list … At first, I couldn’t get the contractors to pick up the phone or return my calls, and when I did finally schedule an estimate appointment, they couldn’t show up on time. Then when they did arrive they would tell me ‘about’ how much it would cost,” Bernish said.
Additionally, Bernish found that some companies would attempt to give quotes over the phone, but refused to guarantee prices without seeing the project while others didn’t have workers compensation insurance on their employees.
“There are many skilled tradesmen in our community but the professionalism, operational competency, and customer service are not what they should be. Brunswick County is in need of an ethical, reliable and professional company for these kinds of services. That’s why I decided to open both Fresh Coat and TruBlue,” he said.
