Robertson Insurance Engages Gainesville Community in Charity Event to Provide Residential Services to Regional Women in Crisis
Gainesville, VA (PRWEB) June 14, 2017 -- Robertson Insurance, a family managed firm that offers insurance management, financial planning assistance, and related services to residential and commercial clients in northern Virginia, is announcing a community charity event in conjunction with the Life Church to raise support for the Carried to Full-Term (CTFT) Program.
The CTFT program is designed to provide critical support to women in and around Gainesville with an unwanted or unplanned pregnancy. Program members receive assistance with finding alternative care options for children, as well as the resources necessary to carry their child to term while maintaining a secure and stable life. CTFT also sponsors baby showers for new mothers, providing them with items needed to care for their new baby.
“Motherhood is sacred, and our mission during this ongoing charity event will be to help provide all the new mothers in our area facing difficulties with the assistance they need to raise their new child,” says Rick Robertson, founder and chief executive of Robertson Insurance.
To promote the CTFT charity event and raise community awareness for the needs of new mothers, Robertson and his team are taking to the Internet with a series of social media and email broadcasts designed to inform and encourage supporters. Future efforts to raise public awareness and gather assistance will include the release of a full length story on the CTFT program in the newest issue of “Our Hometown,” a local online digest published by Robertson Insurance: http://www.robertsoninsuranceva.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_41.
Nearly a dozen charitable groups and nonprofit causes in the Gainesville area have received direct assistance from Robertson Insurance over the last two years. Robertson and his team are committed members of the “Agents of Change” national charity support initiative, and plan to work with new regional charities annually.
