Lisa B. Andrzejewski (Construction, Associate) – Ms. Andrzejewski’s practice is concentrated in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, and surety and fidelity law. She represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professionals in all aspects of construction contract drafting, negotiation, and construction-related litigation. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Andrzejewski interned at the University of Connecticut School of Law's Criminal Clinic, the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. She earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Colby College. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Kelly A. Frye (Business Litigation, Associate) – Ms. Frye’s practice includes all aspects of complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Frye was a law clerk at the Office of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Hartford, where she assisted the Corporation Counsel in its duty to provide legal assistance to the Hartford City Council, the Mayor, and all other agencies of the City. She earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Bay Path College. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Sandra Marin (Labor + Employment, Associate) – Ms. Marin represents clients in a variety of employment law matters. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Marin was a legal extern for the State of Connecticut’s Office of the General Counsel of the Governor, where she conducted research regarding the governor’s policy initiatives. She earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.S. from Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Jonathan E. Small (Insurance + Reinsurance, Associate) – Mr. Small focuses his practice on complex litigation in federal and state courts. He has defended class actions in a variety of substantive areas; represented insurers in coverage, unfair claims settlement practices, and bad faith litigation; defended law firms in professional liability cases; and represented developers in litigation concerning real estate transactions and land use disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Small practiced as an attorney in the Boston office of another Am Law 200 law firm. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the College of Holy Cross. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.

Christie D. Jean (Real Estate + Development, Associate) – Ms. Jean is a member of Robinson+Cole's Land Use Group, where she advises clients on meeting requirements for land development and complex real property disputes. In that capacity, she deals with a variety of land use matters and represents municipalities, developers, and landowners before local administrative agencies and state and federal courts on land use, zoning, and real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jean interned with several Connecticut law firms. Katherine C. Bailey (Real Estate + Development, Associate) – Ms. Bailey advises clients on land use and development permitting matters; counsels clients on the complexities of real estate law, providing guidance on processes including permitting, environmental review, and zoning relief and has experience with buying, selling, and leasing-related matters. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Bailey was associated with Massachusetts law firms focusing on land use and real estate litigation matters and municipal law. Laura Farach (Insurance + Reinsurance, Associate) – Ms. Farach focuses her practice on liability and property insurance coverage matters, as well as products liability defense. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Farach served as a litigation associate representing numerous clients in complex litigation actions in federal and state court. Ms. Farach also clerked for the Honorable Gill S. Freeman, Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Complex Business Litigation Division. She served as a legal advisor to U.S. Senator Mel Martinez during the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
