Rock West Composites Achieves ISO 9001:2008 with AS9100C Certification
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) February 12, 2015 -- Rock West Composites (RWC) has just been certified in February 2015 as conforming to the standards for ISO 9001:2008 with AS9100C by EAGLE Registrations Inc. under Certificate No. 5081. RWC is committed to achieving operational excellence in order to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations through adherence to their Quality Management System and continual improvement of their products, processes, services, and communication.
Certification to AS9100C requires developing, implementing and maintaining a more stringent Quality Management System than required for ISO 9001:2008 alone. Being certified to both ISO9001:2008 and AS9100C means that RWC has flexibility regarding the level of Quality Management System implemented for each project. Within the core requirements of each standard, RWC can work to meet exact quality requirements without burdening the cost structure of the program with specifications that may be unnecessary for the application.
