Dr. Blake Winokur is a native of Westchester, New York and received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a respected member of the dental community, with membership in a number of accredited dental organizations, including The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New York Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Winokur received the title of Fellow by the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2013, a distinguished group of international dentists who both surgically place and restore dental implants.
