Deerfield, IL (PRWEB) October 29, 2014 -- Warady & Davis LLP (W&D), Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that Rosenfeld Zweig & Donenberg Ltd. (RZD) will merge with our firm effective November 1, 2014. Ronald S. Zweig, CPA and James Donenberg, CPA will join as partners.

RONALD S. ZWEIG, CPA, PARTNER. Ron brings 40 years of experience in a broad range of public accounting, financial and tax services including consulting, tax planning and financial reporting with respect to individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, estates and proprietorships. His industry expertise includes professional services, wholesale distribution, investment partnerships, financial service companies, real estate ventures and retail operations.
In addition, he works with clients on wealth preservation and comprehensive financial planning issues, banking relations, mergers and acquisitions, IRS audit representation, estate planning, business valuations and succession planning.
JAMES DONENBERG, CPA, MBA, PARTNER. Jim draws on over 34 years of accounting experience, advising closely-held business owners on operations, forecasting and tax planning to optimize profitability. He has applied his skills in the manufacturing, healthcare, not-for-profit, retail and professional practice industries and for real estate and family partnerships.
He also has frequently assisted organizations with Quickbooks software set-up and consulting, as well as with proprietary software systems.
In the not-for-profit space, Jim has implemented software solutions for tracking and budgeting restricted funds and has extensive experience advising on compliance issues unique to these entities.
