BETHESDA, Md. (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily community management, today announced that 19 of its communities were named as ApartmentRatings.com Top Rated Communities for their outstanding resident satisfaction ratings as measured by ApartmentRatings.com.
The average recommend score for the winners, which is only approximately six percent of the communities listed on the site, was 75.1 percent. More than half of the recognized ROSS Management Services communities scored higher than the average winner score. Grandview Apartments in Falls Church, Va., was the company’s top performing community receiving a recommend score of 94 percent.
“Resident satisfaction is the number one driver at the communities we manage. They have lived up to my expectations, and I am very satisfied with my decision.”
In order to be deemed Top Rated, the apartment communities needed to meet ApartmentRatings.com’s award criteria requiring each community to have at least 10 reviews, five of which must be from 2014. Additionally, each recognized community had to have a recommend score of 50 percent or greater.
