Royal Jay hires Natoshia Erickson as its Senior Manager of Solution Delivery

In this role, Erickson will oversee project and agile service management; with a focus on quality assurance and client services support. Most recently Erickson worked as a Business Systems Analyst Manager and Program Manager for the Washington Health Benefit Exchange and has an extensive healthcare and software development process background that spans several roles.
Erickson presents an ideal fit for Royal Jay. A 20-year Idaho native, Army veteran, project manager, process engineer, and graduate from the University of Washington-in Healthcare Leadership & Senior Level Administration. She adds experience and expertise in software development, public and private healthcare administration, strategic/tactical/operational planning, and payer industry knowledge. At Royal Jay, Erickson will support the delivery of projects through the complete life-cycle from inception through to Operations, contribute to portfolio and delivery planning as part of the overall IT Service Strategy and streamline service management processes and procedures.
