Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld Continues Innovative Approach to Growth with a People Focus
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) September 06, 2017 -- Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, is pleased to announce the addition of Meaghan Petetti Londergan in two roles – with the Employment and Litigation Groups serving clients as Employment and Ethics Counsel, as well supplementing the growing administrative staff as Director of Talent Acquisition and Management.
Ms. Petetti Londergan, a multi-faceted attorney, will use the litigation and employment law experience she’s gained over the past decade to provide RCCB’s clients with the sophisticated legal counsel they’ve come to expect from the firm. Ms. Petetti Londergan’s philosophy is derived from the time she’s spent at boutique, regional and national law firms, in addition to her time as in-house general counsel.
To facilitate the effective management of RCCB clients’ litigation needs, Ms. Petetti Londergan is systematizing the delivery of those services to streamline the litigation process.
“Meaghan’s hiring is a continuation of the firm’s commitment to adding exceptional legal talent as we build-out our multi-disciplinary team,” said Barry L. Cohen, Chair of the Litigation Group at RCCB. “Meaghan’s background in litigation practice management, process improvement and as an employment lawyer will provide the firm with an even greater ability to astutely and efficiently address the essential needs of our clients.”
As Director of Talent Management and Acquisition, Ms. Petetti Londergan will recruit attorneys that fit RCCB’s “Empowering Ambition” philosophy so that as the firm grows, its mission and culture remains intact. Ms. Petetti Londergan will also act as a resource for all employees at RCCB to help them develop and seek to meet their aims and goals.
“As our dynamic team continues to grow, it was clear the firm wanted someone to focus on talent acquisition and management, ensuring that team members are not only a fit culturally, but they’ll continue to grow and flourish at RCCB,” said Erik Carrozza, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at RCCB. “As an attorney with a unique background, Meaghan is a perfect fit for that role as well as a tremendous addition to our Litigation and Employment Groups.”
Ms. Petetti Londergan has been practicing law since 2007, and before joining RCCB, she was a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Throughout her law career, Ms. Petetti Londergan has also contributed to her firms’ office openings, recruiting efforts and has a personal passion for workplace dynamics. Ms. Petetti Londergan earned her undergraduate degree in political science, as well as her law degree from Villanova University. She is also an active alumna of Mount St. Joseph Academy and having served on the Alumnae Board for many years, is a Co-Founder of the Mount Network. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
