RPI Consultants Welcomes Dianne Owens
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) December 20, 2013 -- RPI Consultants, a Baltimore-based consulting firm known for providing Lawson services, has welcomed Dianne Owens to its team as a Lawson HCM Consultant with Kronos expertise.
Ms. Owens has an extensive background using Lawson’s Human Capital Management module, particularly with Benefits, Open Enrollment, and Shared Services. She has over twenty-five years of healthcare, business, and manufacturing systems experience. She also is well equipped for working with IT and HR on Lawson HCM and Kronos implementation and post implementation projects. She has over 12 years of experience with requirements gathering, system design, system configuration, testing, conversions, training, business process documentation, and post-live support. Additionally, Dianne has worked with Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Time Management, HR Writer, Lawson Self Service, and Lawson Security.
Justin Braun, a Partner at RPI, is excited to begin working with Ms. Owens. “Diane is an excellent fit within our team. She has deep experience in Benefits Administration, ESS/MSS, and Kronos integration - and it's this unique skill mix that not only serves her past and future clients, but also benefits the RPI team as a whole. She is just that type of person that makes those around her better.”
RPI recruited Dianne through its acquisition of the Lawson and Kronos Consulting Practice of Aster Group, a business software consulting firm in North Carolina. Before working at Aster Group, Dianne was a technology and programming specialist for SELF Healthcare, assisting in the implementation and support of Lawson and Kronos systems.
