Frederick, MD (PRWEB) February 29, 2016 -- RURO, Inc., a leading LIMS and other sample management solutions provider, announced its ongoing partnership with the Snyder Robinson Foundation as both organizations celebrate Rare Disease Day 2016.
• Snyder Robinson Syndrome is a rare condition imparting X-linked Intellectual Disability
• Snyder Robinson Foundation collects knowledge on the disease worldwide
• RURO has partnered with the foundation to optimize data collection and management
Snyder Robinson Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to furthering knowledge about Snyder Robinson Syndrome through the acquisition and sharing of information with families, medical professionals and researchers. The disease only affects males and creates a spectrum of intellectual and other disabilities. Snyder Robinson Foundation hopes that its work may lead to eventual improvement of treatment options.
RURO met with the foundation towards the end of 2015 and was pleased to find that its software could support their important global data collection work. RURO completed deployment of Limfinity® for Snyder Robinson Foundation and now hopes the nonprofit will realize great benefit from its data management features.
“Working with Snyder Robinson Foundation gave us a lot,” says Amanda Links, RURO’s project lead. “A lot of respect for them and the work they do, a lot of appreciation for the unique challenges of combatting Rare Disease and a lot of satisfaction at the end of the day.”
Limfinity® contains advanced query tools, report template creation and secure access controls: each can make difficult data aggregation, retrieval and sharing more efficient.
“RURO’s heart is with the Snyder Robinson Foundation,” says CEO, Vladimir Lebedev.
