Joaquin Pinkney, a native New Yorker, joins Rutenberg from Citi Habitats. He is a graduate of St. John's University, where he continued to develop his passion for real estate. Alice Claudie Harari is a licensed real estate agent with more than 30 years of experience, previously working at City Connections Realty. Alice has lived in Manhattan most of her life and has developed an encyclopedic knowledge of the city, which results in providing the most helpful insight for her clients.
Chiu Mary Lee, originally from Taiwan, is a seasoned real estate broker, who joins Rutenberg from Kian Realthy NYC LLC. Additionally, Chiu diligently assists investors find investment properties by calculating the requested rate of return, while also serving as a property manager.
Elizabeth Exume joins Rutenberg with an extensive knowledge on homeownership, rental properties and Interior design. Elizabeth received her B.S. degree from Oneonta and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Zee Sachdeva is a consummate real estate salesperson with vast knowledge of the real estate market. He comes to Rutenberg from Manhattan Connection and is passionate about using his skills to assist clients, whether they are renters, buyers or sellers. Sandra Smith, a Montreal native, joins Rutenberg from Compass. Sandra specializes in residential, investor, and foreign purchases and relies on her strong knowledge of the market to provide the best service.
