Rutgers Presbyterian Church Announces the Expansion of Its Adult Wellness Initiative to Include Therapeutic Yoga
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 09, 2014 -- Rutgers Presbyterian Church, located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, welcomes Lynn Crimando to the staff of the Rutgers Community Programs (RCP) Adult Wellness Initiative, as part of an exciting line-up of fall programs aimed at improving well being, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais and meditation.
“We are thrilled to welcome Lynn to the team. Yoga offers so many useful tools for self-care and healing. Lynn’s experiences and impressive credentials make her a perfect fit to create a program suited to the Rutgers community,” said Pastor Andrew Stehlik of Rutgers Presbyterian Church.
A 25-year practitioner, Lynn has worked with a wide variety of conditions in corporate, studio and private settings. “At its heart, yoga is about improving relationships–to our physical, mental and emotional realities, our friends, families, and communities, even society-at-large. By offering experiences that allow participants to tap into their own powers of self-study and healing, we hope to create a meaningful experience for our Rutgers family,” she says.
