Back then, the show was the premier show in the building industry. Fast forward 27 years, and both RWC and this ‘national’ show – now known as the International Builders’ Show – are both giants in their respective industries. RWC - now a leading provider of insured home warranties - has been in the home warranty business since 1981 – over 33 years – and has warranted over 3 million homes across the United States.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) has grown steadily to become the largest annual light construction show in the world with over 2,000 industry brands on exhibit and more than 75,000 attendees. Today, IBS is the nation’s largest annual residential housing construction trade event for manufacturers and suppliers of home construction products and services.
