Nationally, Kelley ranked second overall in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan volume ($48 million), fourth overall in most closed loans (821), and fortieth overall for dollar volume ($135 million).
Scotsman Guide, a leading mortgage trade publication, reviewed data from more than 280,000 licensed mortgage lenders, top-producing mortgage brokers, bankers and originators to create the list. And to achieve the ranks, Kelley experienced a year of unprecedented growth, which included a 36 percent increase in FHA volume, 82 percent increase in total volume, and the number of loan closings nearly doubled.
