Reston, VA (PRWEB) June 06, 2017 -- RyanSharkey is pleased to announce the hiring of two Financial Advisory Partners: Anthony Ricciardella, CPA, and Ricky White, CPA.
Tony has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting working in large international firms. He has been the lead audit partner for small venture and private equity-backed companies and large multinational organizations. Having worked with public companies for most of his career, Tony has extensive experience helping companies through initial and secondary offerings, private placements and M&A transactions. Tony regularly consults on complex revenue recognition arrangements; debt and equity transactions; incentive compensation; and share-based payment arrangements and business combinations.
Additionally, Tony consults with client management teams and their audit committees regarding new and emerging technical guidance, as well as SEC and PCAOB developments.
Tony graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Virginia.
Ricky has over 18 years of experience as an advisor to companies, providing transaction advisory, accounting advisory and assurance services focused in the government contracting and technology industries. He has led due diligence for more than 50 M&A transactions with over $4 billion in transaction value on both the buy-side and sell-side. He has also led multiple initial public offering engagements, reverse mergers and private debt offerings. He has provided technical accounting advice and support to numerous clients in areas such as revenue recognition; debt and equity transactions; stock-based compensation; derivatives; and business combinations.
Previously, Ricky spent over 16 years with an international firm, providing audit and transaction advisory services, primarily in the government contracting and technology sectors.
Ricky graduated from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Virginia.
