S4 Inc. Hires Key Executives to Lead USSTRATCOM Contract
Bedford, MA and Bellevue, NE (PRWEB) December 22, 2014 -- S4 Inc. recently added two key executives to lead S4's prime US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) USAMS III contract. Phillip Shuman and Gina Baker will combine their extensive experience in program management and business development to grow S4's presence in the Nebraska area and at USSTRATCOM. The company anticipates opening a new office in Omaha, NE under their leadership.
Mr. Shuman brings over 34 years of DoD experience to his new role as S4's Director of Programs / USAMS III Program Manager. During that time, Mr. Shuman led capture activities on contracts valued at up to $5 billion, as well as managing teams of up to 300 personnel. At a previous assignment, Mr. Shuman served as Senior Director of Business Development for DoD and Federal Markets, as well as USAMS II Program Manager. Mr. Shuman was also Senior Program Manager for USAMS II at General Dynamics Information Systems, where he produced over $10M in revenue supporting USSTRATCOM Mission Areas.
Ms. Baker joins S4 Inc. as USAMS III Deputy Program Manager. Ms. Baker brings expertise in Business Development, Program Management, Account Management, and Proposal Development to her new assignment at S4. Prior to that, Ms. Baker served as USAMS II Deputy PM working with Phil Shuman as the USAMS II PM.
