Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Sacramento personal injury lawyer Eric Ratinoff invites community organizations to team up with him and network for a cause – their cause!
In November he'll launch a series of networking mixers to raise money for a different community organization each month. Invited guests will be treated to appetizers and small-bites, with drink purchases contributing to the cause.
The premier event will take place November 12, 2013, at Mayahuel Restaurant & Bar in downtown Sacramento to support Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc. and raise awareness about migrant workers who have died while working in the United States.
This effort echoes the Facebook program he started three years ago with his law firm, Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, donating money to local charities based on interactions on their Facebook page. In December the firm will run their annual #HolidayHeroes campaign, asking for their fans to nominate a charity on their page, and the one that generates the most likes will earn a $500 donation.
They're inviting local charities to participate in December's #Network4Cause #HolidayHeroes mixer to rally for their organization. Ratinoff hopes that by taking their efforts “offline” they'll generate more of a hands on approach to serving the needs of local non-profits.
“This will enable us to get to know the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to help improve our community,” Ratinoff said. “And I can't think of a better place to start these events than at beautiful Mayahuel, who has generously agreed to donate drink proceeds to the organizations we choose to sponsor.”
