SafeAuto Holds Auditions for Sixth Annual “Do The Jingle” Contest
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- SafeAuto Insurance will be holding auditions for its sixth annual “Do the Jingle” contest in Columbus, Ohio; Nashville, Tennessee; and Kansas City, Missouri.
For this phase of SafeAuto’s crowdsourced marketing campaign, SafeAuto's camera crew will be visiting different cities in search of this year’s most entertaining musician or performer as decided by voters on the “Do The Jingle” website.
The grand prize winner will receive a cash prize of $5,000 and a starring role in a SafeAuto commercial.
The “Do the Jingle” contest gives musicians the opportunity to create their own rendition of the jingle that a SafeAuto camera crew will film and post to the "Do the Jingle" website. In addition to filming performances in cities across the country, interested musicians can also submit their own video performance on the site.
Last year’s competition drew more than 3 million online votes, and winner Ayanna Lewis's performance earned her a role in a commercial that has been broadcasted across the country.
Beginning January 6, 2014, fans can vote for their favorite entries on the SafeAuto "Do the Jingle" website.
Nashville auditions will be held October 26-27, 2013 at Holiday Inn Express, 1111 Airport Center Dr., Nashville, TN 37214.
Columbus auditions will be held November 8-9, 2013 at the SafeAuto Corporate Headquarters, 4 Easton Oval, Columbus, OH 43219.
Kansas City auditions will be held November 16-17, 2013 at the Kansas City Airport Marriott, 775 Brasilia Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64153.
